1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically upon entering the store.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
4. Share product knowledge with clients and perform makeovers as needed.
5. Ensure team members complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional learning opportunities.
6. Train other beauty advisors.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
10. Engage in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
11. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
