1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers entering the store with enthusiasm.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
4. Share product knowledge with customers as needed.
5. Perform makeovers for clients when required.
6. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training.
7. Pursue additional product learning opportunities.
8. Train other beauty advisors.
9. Participate in inventory control activities.
10. Communicate stock issues to management.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
13. Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
14. Understand the functions of cash hosts.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
