Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance departments.
- Greet customers enthusiastically and determine their needs.

- Share product knowledge with customers.
- Perform makeovers for customers as needed.
- Ensure team members receive thorough brand training.
- Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues.
- Comply with sampling policies and procedures.

- Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
