- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet all clients with enthusiasm and provide courteous service.
- Determine clients' needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Communicate product knowledge to clients and provide makeovers as required.
- Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members.
- Pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable of special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
- One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
