1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the store.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
4. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeovers as needed.
5. Ensure team members complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product learning.
6. Train other beauty advisors.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
10. Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
11. Understand cashier functions as required.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and concision.
4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
