1. Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients entering the store and assess their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
8. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
9. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions and assist as needed.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
