1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers entering the store with enthusiasm.

5. Perform makeovers for customers as needed.
6. Ensure team members have completed in-depth brand training.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
