- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
- Greet all customers entering the store with enthusiasm.
- Determine customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Share product knowledge with customers when appropriate.
- Perform makeovers for customers as needed.
- Ensure team members have completed in-depth brand training.
- Pursue additional product learning opportunities.
- Train other beauty advisors.
- Participate in inventory control.

- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
- Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong customer service skills
