1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.

4. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeup applications as needed.
5. Ensure team members complete comprehensive brand training.
6. Actively pursue additional product knowledge.
7. Train other Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
11. Participate in programs to reduce shrink and loss.
12. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
