1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance departments.

10. Stay informed about special events and in-store promotions.
11. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
12. Understand cashier functions as required.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
