- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in the areas of color, skincare, fragrance, and at the register.
- Greet all store visitors with enthusiasm and assist them in identifying products that meet their needs.
- Share product knowledge with clients and perform makeup applications as needed.
- Ensure team members complete comprehensive brand training and pursue additional product education.
- Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues to management.
- Adhere to sampling policies and procedures and stay informed about in-store events and promotions.
- Engage in programs aimed at reducing shortages and losses.
- Understand cashier host functions as required.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
