1. Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
2. Familiarity with key retail performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Strong result orientation and team collaboration skills.

2. Agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Beginner level experience in retail or similar customer-facing roles.

High school diploma.
