1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup application and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring a seamless client experience.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to react to situations promptly.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.

2. Proficiency in makeup techniques and skincare knowledge.

5. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours.

Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving client interaction and service.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
