1. Act as an ambassador for the Sephora brand: warmly welcome customers, provide personalised beauty advice and build long-term client relationships.
2. Drive store sales by recommending appropriate products and services, executing upsell and cross-sell techniques to meet commercial targets.
3. Create memorable in-store experiences through expert product demonstrations, make-up services and attentive clienteling.
4. Participate in store promotions, brand activations and commercial challenges to support traffic and conversion objectives.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock presentation and point-of-sale accuracy to uphold brand image.
