1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
4. Drive sales and achieve individual and store key performance indicators through consultative selling.
5. Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salesfloor.
6. Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to company policies and standards.

1. Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong team orientation.
4. Availability to work retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail tasks throughout a shift.

Entry-level role; prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is highly valued.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
