1. Engage with customers to provide personalized product recommendations and advice based on individual needs and preferences.

4. Accurately process customer transactions and maintain organization in the cash area.
5. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and organizing merchandise, and conducting regular inventory audits.
6. Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain appealing product displays on the sales floor.
7. Assist in maintaining organized and visually appealing sections for makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
8. Represent the Sephora brand by embodying its values and maintaining professional appearance and standards.
9. Collaborate with the store team to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

1. Proven experience as a beauty advisor or in a retail/customer service environment.
2. Extensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products and trends.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
6. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
7. Professional appearance and passion for the beauty industry.
8. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in a retail or customer service-focused environment, particularly in beauty or store operations, is preferred.
