- Proven experience as a beauty advisor or in a retail/customer-focused environment.
- Extensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and perform physical tasks.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Professional appearance and passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in retail or customer service roles, preferably in the beauty industry, is preferred.
