1. Engage with customers to provide personalized product recommendations and advice based on individual needs and preferences.
2. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product offerings, including Sephora's private label.
3. Drive sales by proactively engaging customers, recommending additional products, and promoting Sephora's loyalty program.
4. Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are rotated based on expiration dates.
5. Represent the Sephora brand by upholding visual merchandising standards and acting as a brand ambassador.
6. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
7. Accurately process customer transactions and maintain organization in cash and gift wrap areas.
8. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and organizing merchandise, and performing regular stock counts and audits.
9. Work with management to prioritize stock replenishment tasks and maintain appealing product displays.

1. Proven experience as a beauty advisor or in a related retail/customer service role.
2. Extensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products and industry trends.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Professional appearance and passion for the beauty industry.
8. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience in a retail or customer-focused environment, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
