- Engage with customers to provide personalized product recommendations and advice based on individual needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product offerings, including Sephora's private label.
- Drive sales by proactively engaging customers, recommending additional products, and promoting Sephora's loyalty program.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are rotated based on expiration dates.
- Represent the Sephora brand by upholding visual merchandising standards and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Accurately process customer transactions and maintain organization in cash and gift wrap areas.
- Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and organizing merchandise, and performing regular stock counts and audits.
- Work with management to prioritize stock replenishment tasks and maintain appealing product displays.
- Proven experience as a beauty advisor or in a related retail/customer service role.
- Extensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional appearance and passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Experience in a retail or customer-focused environment, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
