5. Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

7. Uphold Sephora's standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
3. A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

2. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
3. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Beginner level experience in a retail or client-focused environment is required.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
