- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting sales initiatives.
- Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring excellent client service during order pickups.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.
- Previous equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Resilience and the ability to react promptly to situations.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare knowledge.
- Ability to stay updated with beauty trends.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Customer service excellence.
Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving client interaction and service.
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
