- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance and educate clients on application and routines.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and upsell techniques.
- Maintain attractive merchandising, stock replenishment and a clean, organized store environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and brand initiatives to provide relevant advice.
- Support a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and loss-prevention standards.
- Be available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly hours for the role.
- Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult and influence.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, goal-driven approach.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and relay product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform retail duties for scheduled shifts.
- Availability to work peak retail hours and meet the minimum weekly shift requirement for part-time scheduling (15–29 hours/week).
