2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide courteous service.
3. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
5. Perform makeovers as required.
6. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
7. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Stay informed about special store events and animations.
11. Participate in programs to reduce inventory loss.
12. Understand cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Flexible work schedule, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.

One to three years of experience in retail or service industry is required.
