1. Engage with customers to provide personalized product recommendations and advice based on individual needs and preferences.

6. Assist in operational tasks such as cash desk duties and stockroom management to support store efficiency.
7. Participate in new store opening procedures, including stocking and organizing merchandise.

1. Proven experience as a beauty advisor or in a customer-focused retail environment.
2. Extensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products and industry trends.
3. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Previous experience in a beauty advisory role or similar customer service position is preferred.
