1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and be informed about store events.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss, and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

2. Proficiency in product knowledge and ability to perform makeovers.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
