1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate comprehensive product knowledge to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and share knowledge with team members.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special store events and participate in shortage reduction programs.
8. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, and weekends.
