- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
- Greet all customers enthusiastically upon entering the store.
- Determine customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
- Share product knowledge with customers as appropriate.
- Perform makeup applications for customers as needed.
- Ensure team members complete brand-specific training.
- Pursue additional product learning as needed.
- Train other beauty advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
- Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
- Understand cashier host functions.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and concision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare consultation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
Compensation ranges from CAD 19.10 to CAD 23.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
