1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically upon entering the store.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
4. Share product knowledge with customers as needed.
5. Perform makeovers for customers when required.
6. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training.
7. Actively pursue additional product learning opportunities.
8. Train other beauty advisors.
9. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock concerns to management.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
12. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and losses.
13. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
