1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet customers enthusiastically and determine their needs to recommend suitable products.
3. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeovers as needed.
4. Ensure team members complete brand-specific training and pursue additional learning opportunities.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock concerns to management.
6. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures, and stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
7. Engage in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and losses.
8. Understand cashier host functions as required.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely.
3. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
