- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming client experience.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation, with the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays; dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level position; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
