1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales and meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
5. Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming client experience.

1. Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
2. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building client relationships.
3. Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation, with the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays; dependable attendance and punctuality.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level position; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
