1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations and education to empower client purchase decisions.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and techniques to provide authoritative advice.
4. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through targeted selling and clienteling.
5. Support inventory control and merchandising standards to maintain a clean, organized and visually compelling retail environment.
6. Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping experience for all clients.
7. Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

1. Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience demonstrating strong service and relationship-building skills.
2. Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
5. Willingness and ability to learn product knowledge rapidly and share insights with clients and colleagues.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
7. Reliable availability for peak retail hours and flexible scheduling.
