1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
6. Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders, ensuring excellent service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Previous equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in a retail environment, particularly in beauty or related fields, is preferred.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
