- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Resilience and the ability to respond effectively to situations in the moment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.

Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving customer service and sales.
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
