- Provide exemplary customer service in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and assess their needs to recommend suitable products.
- Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
- Complete brand training and pursue ongoing product knowledge.
- Participate in inventory management and communicate issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about store events and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.
