1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Color, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

2. Proficiency in product knowledge and ability to communicate effectively.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 - CAD$22.80 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
