- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
- Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and provide excellent client service during order pickups.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and ability to react promptly to situations.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Expertise in beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare routines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stay updated with beauty trends and product knowledge.
- Customer service excellence.
- Organizational skills for maintaining store standards.
Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving customer service and beauty consultations.
$20.85 - $25.54 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and other non-discriminatory business factors.
