1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable customer service in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as needed.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be informed about special events and animations within the store.
8. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
9. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
