1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients with enthusiasm and provide courteous service.
3. Determine client needs and suggest suitable products.
4. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
5. Perform makeovers as required.
6. Complete in-depth brand training and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
9. Be knowledgeable of special events and cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Flexible work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
