1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically and determine their needs to recommend suitable products.
3. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeovers as needed.
4. Ensure team members complete comprehensive brand training and pursue additional product learning.
5. Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues to management.
6. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures and stay informed about in-store events and promotions.
7. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
8. Understand cashier host functions as designated.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
