1. Provide exceptional customer service in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically and offer courteous, knowledgeable assistance.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
4. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeovers as needed.
5. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training.
6. Engage in continuous learning about products.
7. Train other beauty advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
9. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures.
10. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
11. Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
12. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
