- Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
- Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
- Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Be informed about special events and store animations.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Be knowledgeable of cashier functions as designated.
- One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
