- Execute and maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
- Follow established policies and procedures for store operations.
- Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish merchandising fixtures.
- Complete cash register transactions accurately.
- Minimize loss in both stockroom and sales floor.
- Execute brand customer service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, exhibiting brand attitude and values.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points effectively.
- Minimum secondary school education.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
Prior retail sales experience of 1-2 months in a beauty or fashion-focused retail environment is required.
