- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Participate in sales and promotional events to drive store success.
- Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring excellent client service.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and beauty.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare routines
- Ability to stay current with beauty trends
- Organizational skills
Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, with a focus on customer service and beauty products.
$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
