1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest appropriate products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients, including performing makeovers as needed.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues or concerns to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and be aware of special events within the store.
7. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
8. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions and assist as needed.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
