- Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively and perform makeovers as required.
- Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
- Contribute to programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Be proficient in cashier functions.
- One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in product knowledge and ability to perform makeovers.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, and weekends.
