3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and cross-train fellow Beauty Advisors.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in shortage reduction programs.
7. Stay informed about store events and cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.
