1. Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Ensure successful completion of brand training for designated team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and animations within the store and perform cashier functions as needed.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
