1. Deliver personalized one‑to‑one client consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual beauty needs.
2. Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance techniques and ingredients.
3. Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow‑up.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor.
5. Remain current on beauty trends and new product launches to provide contemporary, relevant advice.
6. Adhere to company policies and safety procedures while fostering an inclusive and welcoming client environment.

1. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships in retail, hospitality or client‑facing roles.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and product education with a commitment to continuous learning.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
4. Availability for required shifts including nights, weekends and holidays and consistent punctual attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
