1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for designated team members and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues or concerns to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and be informed about special events within the store.
7. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in the retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 - CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
