1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and be aware of special store events.
7. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
8. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 - CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
