1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest appropriate products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in programs to reduce loss.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

1. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
2. Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, and weekends.
3. Proficiency in product knowledge and ability to conduct makeovers.

One to three years of experience in the retail or service industry is required.

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 and CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
