- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare techniques.

Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly within the beauty sector, is preferred.
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
